Notre Dame High School, Sheffield, is the designated Teaching School at the heart of the Hallam Teaching School Alliance. This alliance is a large and successful one that has been open since 2011 with schools in Sheffield and across the wider Yorkshire region involved.
Outstanding senior leaders from Hallam TSA facilitate the Outstanding Teacher and Improving Teacher Programmes under licence from Olevi in the purpose built training suite at Notre Dame. These are made available to schools across the region, saving them the time and cost of travelling to London or Manchester for higher priced hotel based courses. In addition the courses are built around the famous ‘learning walks’ into Notre Dame’s classroom to demonstrate how the theory is rooted in the practice of a truly outstanding school. You will also know you’ll be sharing the event with other local schools so you can be sure your context is reflected in the table discussions and you will be able to network with them afterwards. High quality catering and a professional and caring welcome awaits you at Notre Dame, we look forward to meeting you. To find out more click here: http://hallamtsa.org.uk/index.php/cpd
