As some of you may know, a few months ago in March I decided to present a powerpoint to the lower school about World Down’s Syndrome Day. Recently, one of our lovely R.E teachers, Mr. Neal, nominated me for an award called ‘A Million Minutes.’ This provided me with the opportunity to celebrate this achievement in Westminster! Although I didn’t win the award, I learnt some really inspiring stories and I hope I have enlightened other members of our school community to celebrate down’s syndrome and see it in a new light.
