dep peIn Physical Education Y7 to Y10 students will experience a variety of activities which draw on different key skills and techniques. These will be taught on a carousel. In Y11 there will be an element of choice regarding activities to foster participation beyond school. The GCSE and A-Level course will be split into two elements. Firstly a controlled assessment worth 60% which looks at the practical ability of a student – this is externally moderated. Secondly theory work worth 40% which is assessed by an exam in the final summer of the course.
