Chaplaincy Visit to St Wilfrid’s Primary School

Suzanne and Mrs Otieno recently took four of our Lower School Chaplaincy team students to St Wilfrid’s Primary School to spend the morning with their Chaplaincy Team. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs Wilde before gathering in the hall to join the St Wilfrid’s children. As part of our ongoing visits, we have continued to strengthen the links between our Chaplaincy Teams, staff, and the shared resources we develop across our CMAT. During this visit, students were split into four groups to explore the meaning of Advent and to plan an assembly that they will deliver in their own schools. The morning also included training on how to read prayers and scripture confidently during a Celebration of the Word. It was a wonderful opportunity for our young leaders to grow in faith, leadership, and collaboration.
